MILES
After mommy gotted home from that place she used to call werk, wif her boxes of stuff, we purred and snuggled for a while, and then she hadded to go to the dr, and then run some errands. Then when she finally camed home, we was really good boys. we layed on her and snuggled her and tolded her that efurryfing would be alright. Then we ran around and rassled for a while 'acuase she likes to hear us tearing frough the house. Then at bed time, we maded a Mommy Sammich. I layed on one side of her real close and Sammy layed on the ofurr side of her real close, and we purred and purred and purred until we felled asleep - and this morning mommy saided that she felted like she was purring 'acause we purred so hard. She is going to see a "head hunter" this morning - someone that placed her in her last 2 jobbies, and that she has known for like a squillion years (ok, 10, but that's close to a squillion, right?). So, what does a head hunter do? Does he take her head off and send it around to jobbie places, and then she gets it back when she gets a jobbie?
The (almost) daily adventures of Sammy, Miles and Nicholas Meezer. One is sweet and calm, one his happy and playful. The other? um......not so much.

You really are good boys to know that you have to really be there for your mommy when she's hurting. And having to find another job is a major "hurting" event. We are really sorry to hear about this. But head hunters are good things. They help your mommy keep her head while hunting for a new job. We'll be praying that the headhunter finds her an even better job than the one before. So keep being sweet boys and humor her in the litter box area for a little while, at least. -- Alberta, Sky, Blackie and Charlie
Fine, fine work, Meezers! Purring is always helpful, and a Mommy Sammich is an excellent idea. I know she will be back to werk soon. In the meantime, get lots of extra snuggles and cuddles and maybe even treats!
