Meezer Rule Wednesday - by Miles Meezer

MILES

My rule for today is short and sweet:

Running into rooms and pushing heavy things over and then hollering your head off will give your human much needed exercise when she sprints up or down the stairs to make shur that the heavy thing didn't fall on you. Doing this every 20-30 minutes is good aerobic exercise for them.

you gotta stop scaring your mom so much. too much exercise is not good for her.

well the girlies were supposed to "Miles camp" (tent set up inside) down in our basement tonight, but BB is sick and Darly is heartbroken. They'll probably reschedule for next week though.

Oh dat sounds like fun and mom is always saying she needs more exersize. If the three of us all do it at different time in different places we could keep her running all day! Thanks Miles.

Good rule Miles! Kavan is in training for this one. He keeps pushing over glass candy dishes. Only problem is, they aren't that heavy, and they BREAK! Really makes Mom and Dad cranky.

That is an excellent rule! I think my humans get enough exercise, though, doing that crazy marathon training stuff.

That is really clever, Miles! Unfortunately, we live in a tiny apartment. I'll have to try this at Granny and Poppa's house.
