Fankful Friday Fourteen

Our wonderful friend Karl gave us this award! We are so thrilled! Thank you so much!

This award was created by Mel at Monday Morning Power. Here is his description of the award:"I have always wanted to create and give out my own award. So after much thought I have decided to create the "WINNING ATTITUDE AWARD." This award seems like a natural given what my site is all about. This award is based on positive thinking and is meant for those blogs who base their existence, in part or in whole, on Positive Winning Attitudes."

Since so much has been happening this week here, we will award this to other kitties over the weekend.

Friday Fourteen
Fourteen Things About Baby Bill:

1. Mommy finded him in the parking lot of the grocery store, and he hollered at her and she told him to come to her and he did.
2 . He has never hissed at Mommy
3. He didn't hiss at the v-e-t
4. He has a horrible infection on his neck that keeps draining
5. His eye will never heal. He has a scratch on his cornea from either herpes when he was a little baby or a fight, but he does have a little sight in that eye and normal sight in his other eye.
6. Mommy says he has probably never been inside - she had to show him how to eat out of a bowl by pushing his nose into his food. but he learned fast.
7. He keeps dumping his water dish, so mommy gives him kitten milk replacement so that he won't dehydrate
8. Miles has not hissed at him.
9. I am very GRRY and HISSY with him
10. he's very STINKY.
11. Mommy had to show him how to use the litter box. She putted OUR poop in his box and he went in right away and did his business.
12. he does holler alot - he could be an honorary ginger meezer
13. He will haf his hoo-ha-ectomy as soon as he gets his vaccinations. He can't haf them until his infection in his neck goes away
14. He purrrrss ALL THE TIME. Maybe he's Grampa Norton come back to us. Grampa Norton purred every day of his life all day unless he was sick. That's how mommy and daddy knowed he was sick. Baby Bill looks like Grampa Norton so maybe he has come back to us!

Join CAT IDOL!!! Think of it like American Idol but with cats. Everyday a cat WILL get eliminated based on the fans votes. Since it is American Idol season I say we try it. Since with the new style it will not matter the number of cat pictures I will need. So feel free to join! Just remember to take a picture of your cat with your thumb showing in the picture (this is done to prove that it is really your cat). Send the picture to The winner gets 32 bucks, but most importantly will go on the WOZOG hall of fame with their picture! I have gotten many pictures after this tournament started so there will be more competition. But it will be FUN!!!

Sammy, I just found out about Baby Bill! He sure is a cute little ginger boy. My Lap Lady actually found me in her office parking lot when I was also about 6 months old and my dad said that I was very stinky too. Well, that was 10 1/2 years ago and now I'm not stinky. I'm happy that Bill found your mom in that parking lot.

Also, congratulations on your Winning Attitude Award - it's a great one for you guys!

Yes! It's Grandpa Norton. All of our loved ones come back to us some way.

Kinda a bummer though, that Grandpa Norton, aka Bill, has to go through a second hoo-ha-ectomy just to be with family.

Thanks Sammy for all that new information on little Bill. We hope his infections heal quickly. Mom's had Pekes with serious eye injurires before, the eye is an amazing thing. We're hoping for the best for Bill's eye! At least he's finally found his home, he's not not alone anymore and he's all warm and fed! Lots of purrs and snuggles Bill!

Purring is good. Dante has a squinty eye too and it doesn't seem to slow him down any, so Bill should be fine. Tiki was stinky too when she was little, (Hey!!!) but she got over it. Maybe Sammy will like him better when he smells better.

Big congratulations to you on your award and to your mom, we all think its awesome that little Bill is so well cared for. He reminds the servants of a kitten they accidentally found in a swamp off the highway, they had pulled over and heard some meows and there was a little skinny orange guy (later named Achilles for his will to survive). He was full of fleas and was obviously starved. My humans got him treatment and vaccination and the male servant even slept all night on the washroom floor with him so he wouldn't be alone. They then found Achilles a home with a family friend who had just retired and wanted feline company. I hope Bill grows up to be just as meezerly as his new siblings, he has the voice already afterall!
