Meezer Rule and Whapping Wednesday

MILES and SAMMY

'amember last week when we saided somefing about the mom falling asleep while trying to help us blog? Well, OUR rule for today (and whapping lesson) is that if you whap her head while she is asleep on the couch, it will only make her get up and go to the sleeping room at 2am and NOT help you blog until the alarm thingy goes off. This is a very very difficult situation for us 'acuase we likes to haf our posts done AFORE she goes to sleep. Otherwise Bast only knows when it will get done 'acuase she is completely out of her mind in the morning. It's hard enough to 'amind her that she has to pet all of us, brush Sammy, brush her smelly green teefs, wash her hair, put some clothes on, and feed us. Sometimes she forgets one of two of those things and it's just pan-dee-moan-eee-um around here.

I don't know why the humans are so crazy...always running around. Sometimes I just can't get mine to do what I want her to either...

This sounds like a good training technique. Sometimes we just have to give tough love!

It's pan-dee-moan-eee-um around here in the mornings too. Jan hogs the bed, then she dumps us all, can't find her shoes, trips over our bedding in front of the heater (which makes an awful mess of it after all our hard work to get the bedding just so for the next day), and just generally makes a mess out of our mornings.

We haven't tried whapping her in the middle of the night, though. It's too cold to want to get up to blog.

We think she ought to skip the hair washing and putting on clothes and just focus on petting you, brushing you and feeding you...oh yeah, she should brush her smelly teefs, though...you don't want her to knock you out with her breath!

Mornings are bad around here, too. If we don't get our posts ready the night before, forget about it.

What a fascinating rule... our human usually gets mine up because she prefers to read in the morning, unless she has to run off to work (which is never good because if she doesn't take her half an hour or so to read and drink something with caffeine who knows what she will do or say?!)

We can't get past her having green teeth!

Not much action around here in the mornings. She's not a "morning person" she says.
We think that is just an excuse to be a lazy sloth.

Our Mom doesn't "do" mornings - whatever that means. We just know that we have to seriously meow in her face after the talking music box goes off, so if she didn't get our posts ready the night before, they aren't getting done.

Guys, doesn't it seem to you sometimes that humans are hardly worth the trouble of keeping around? That's the way it seems to us. It's just a sign of our superior feline ethics that we don't rid ourselves of them by leaving them at shelters.
