SAMMY
Our Mommy is furry furry sad. Grampa Norton is getting very bad and she says it won't be long until he goes to meet Ralphie at the Rainbow Bridge. He is having a lot of problems walking, and she doesn't think his medikshun is working and that he is losing his sight. He is very quiet and sleeps all the time. He has ofer problems with his "litter box" habits that he cannot help. Mommy says that she may have to take him to the V-E-T soon and help him to get to the Bridge. Gramma Trixie is also furry sad 'acause Norton is her twin. Mommy thinks that Trixie will not stay around long after Norton goes, 'acause they have never been apart in all of their lives (almost 18 years). We don't know how to make Mommy feel better, and that makes us furry sad too.

Oh this is a sad time for your mamma. The twins have sure lived a long and happy life. It's hard to help them to the bridge, but sometimes it's just the best thing to do for them. Momma will be sad for awhile, but do your best to stay close and comfort her.
Give your mom extra snuggles. We will say our purrayers for all of you.
Your mom will be very sad and we knows coz our mom had two others who came before us that lived long lives too. They needs extra special time and care now and your mom needs extra special loves from you. We will keep you all in our purrayers too.

This am one of the times mine Mom always says she dreads the mostest. Mom says time helps heal.
IM VERY VERY SORRY. WE JUST HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN WITH OUR TWO 17 COCKER SPANIELS. THEY HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOREVER AND HE JUST HAD TO BE HELPED ALONG TO THE BRIDGE ON 2/17. WE DONT KNOW HOW HIS TWIN IS DOING BUT WE WORRY SHE IS GOING DOWNHILL QUICKLY WITHOUT HIM.
THEY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, KIDNEY FAILURE BUT HE HAD HAD A STROKE AND WAS SUFFERING DEMENTIA. SO.
WE ARE VERY VERY SORRY.

I am sorry about your Grampa Norton. We just lost our Auntie Sunshine. We just stayed very close to our mama to keep an eye on her. And we sat on her when we could. She said that helped alot.
You're in our thoughts, too. You will have many good memories to last you, and Sammy and Miles will do everything to help make you happy again. Take good care...

Although they have lived a long life, it probably seems like they just came into your life. We're wishing extra hard for Grampa Norton for find the peace he's earned.
