MILES
I had a rough night. Mommy would not lay still in bed, so I gotted tossed around from one side to another. Then Sammy wanted to chase me. Then I just needed to get up and run up and down the stairs like my tail was on fire. Then I had to practice jumping on and off the dresser. Then I had to practice my Tub Hockey. Mommy gotted mad 'acause she said it was 3am and not hockey time, but I don't know what a 3am is, and I wanted to play hockey. Me and Sammy were practicing our fighting and body checking. So I was really sleepy this morning and fell asleep before breakfast.
The (almost) daily adventures of Sammy, Miles and Nicholas Meezer. One is sweet and calm, one his happy and playful. The other? um......not so much.

My Dad won't keep still at night, so I usually snuggle with my Cat Couch. She knows how to keep still.
Tell me about it! The other night I was sound asleep, have a delicious dream about stalking a birdie when suddenly I started flying. Only I wasn't flying in my dream, I was flying because mom had moved her leg and kicked me clear off the bed. She heard me go thump and then said, "sorry Mia" How is that fair? I was dead asleep. I went to the other room and slept on the my own bed by myself.
Don't you just hate it when humans can't keep still when you're trying to sleep on them? It's just as bad when they try to move when I'm peacefully asleep on their lap. Surely they don't need to get up? What could be more important than providing a comfy place for me to sleep??
Seems to me purrsons are slaves to this thing called time. 3AM is great time to get the crazies.....specially if there am a full moon.
Well let's be mature and understanding cats here shall we? Your Mummy must be busy with werk and skool. So why not be good kitties and make her something nice and quiet?
I know how my woman likes my smell so sometimes I take the trouble to pee on her clothes. My housemate Polly is more vulgar, but her favours are endearing: she likes to kill flies and cockroaches and leave them somewhere the woman will find 'em. Like Christmas presents, you see. Mmm. Christmas.
And of course, we do all this discreetly so the woman can get her rest first, and find out only at the last minute. It's what makes surprises so wonderful, as her joyous shrieking proves.
So, just remember. Show Mummy your love today. Quietly.

Miles and Sammy, I feel your pain. Our mom bean will get up at a good hour, like 4:30 a.m. and so me and Finny think, yay brekkies time! But all she does is go on the bean litter box and then come back to bed! :(

Shezzz, Humans...
She is right. 3AM is NOT the time for tub hockey. It is the time to whine for treats.
Please make a note.
3AM sounds like a good time to play. I am a night kitty too.
