re: the complaint, apparently I didn't fill out the correct form for a complaint. they sent me a link to the right form...but after I filled out the correct form, which had even more complaining now, I looked at the page that comes before that form on the web...and you cannot find that form on the web!!! They have it hidden in the deep dark recesses of their webpage!
I told TC that I now want FREE rabbit food for life! or at least for them to train their employees better!
