Did you lined up a replasement? Cos if you fires her before you has a new bean reddy, you could be stuck wif NO one doing anyfing at all for you! New beans that are enny good at all are furry hard to find. A furend of ours efen tried to sell his on ebay but no luck. He just had to keep traning and traning her.
Good luck and come visit us if you want. We got mom and Ant Marjie and they are purrty good at handing out treats and scritchies.
