If you haf not heard, mine little brofur Billy has cancer. The v-e-t cannot say how long he has - it may be a couple of months, it may be many months or a year. He has lost a lot of weight but is eating well. The mom is going to make sure that he has plenty of whatever he wants to eat. We is purring that he has many many months with us. Please purrr and purray that he will.

We are so sorry to hear that Billy has cancer. :( We hope he has many more months to live, and we will purr and prayer hard for him. The vets gave Merlin 1-3 months to live and it has now already been 4 months, so the estimates can sometimes be off. We hope Billy will have lots and lots of time left with all of you.

Billy!! Billy don't lose your courage!! We're all behind you...you can betcha!! (Sing that to the Elton John song 'Billy') Seriously, Billy, us two Meezers and the two dawgs here, we are all rooting for you...stay as long as you feel comfortable. Last year, we said good-bye to Tiny...she was 20+ years old..she wasn't comfortable anymore. What we don't want - no one wants - is for you to suffer. OK, guy? Four years ago, our 'uncle' Lolo (Lautrec) - also a Meezer/loud-mouthed smartypants like us - had the big C and he went over the rainbow bridge when he no longer felt ok. There is no reason to stay if you need to go. We will all meet again one day and though it is super-duper hard to say good-bye, I hear that the place we get to go to next is really, really cool and that there is endless love and purring and scritches and chick-hen (ahem) and ALL the good stuff, so when you think that another day is just too much here on earth, know that YOU ARE LOVED NOW AND FOREVER...and you put on those angel wings that we each have a pair of waiting for us and you fly. OK, handsome ginger boy?? Mom would call you a marmalade...she loves gingers/marmalades as much as she loves MouthyMeezers...I'm sure she would love you lots if she met you. I read about Billy's situation on the Cat Blogosphere site and came over to wish him the best of luck. I hope that he has a very long time ahead of him ith his family and friends, and, however long he stays, that he is comfortable. It is certain that he is loved. Good luck, Billy.
